IATA’s Airline Business Foundations course was fantastic in providing an overview of the business practices within the aviation industry. It was highlighted how vital it is to take into account continuous change and note the key challenges currently faced. Our instructor was excellent in relating their wealth of experience to the topics and identified how airline business models aim to achieve to elusive goal of profitability. I would highly recommend this course!
