E-mail Digital Certificate - Troubleshooting issues with Blackberry

Users of Blackberry devices may experience problems viewing IATA e-mails. This problem is usually related to the digital signature.

IATA digital certificate solution follows the S/MIME industry standard. To ensure that Blackberry devices can display properly an e-mail containing a digital signature, the configuration of the Blackberry server must follow best practices for S/MIME found on the Blackberry website:
