IATA Customer Portal provides you with a single point of access to information on agent accreditation, BSP and CASS operations in the Americas (except USA), Europe, the Middle East & Africa, Asia & Pacific and China & North Asia.

Our FAQs will help you search for specific answers, while our resource center will allow you looking for documents by country. All the documents on this portal have been updated, so you have the latest information available. If you cannot find the answer to your question, you can still contact us directly via our Log an Enquiry form.
