IATA is one of the very few organizations that received global equal-salary certification. After successfully passing the analysis of IATA’s salaries across our main locations, IATA underwent an internal audit entrusted to PwC proving that it applied equal pay for women and men globally. IATA is the second organization obtaining the Global Equal-Salary Certification covering all its employees throughout the world.

Obtaining global certification is not easy. It follows a stringent process which includes salary analysis, audit of our internal processes, employee perception and more. At the end of the process successful organizations receive the Equal-Salary Certificate which clearly shows that organizations that are equal-salary certified pay their female and male employees equally for the same job or for job of the same value.
