Attendance at the meeting is strictly limited to representatives of IATA member airlines and IATA Strategic Partnership Program companies involved in the fuel sector. IATA reserves the right to close registration 30 days before the event or upon reaching full capacity.

 All sessions aim to optimise interaction through an audience response system, facilitated debate and workshops.
