• Achieve 40% penetration of international e-ticketing, by end 2005 
• Launch CUSS at five targeted airports
• Pilot RFID at five targeted airports

Safety

• Ensure 100 Member airlines are audited by IOSA Audit Organisations
• Reduce ramp damage to aircraft by 10% in 2005

Financial

• Achieve savings/cost avoidance of US$ 1 billion in industry taxes, charges and fuel fees, including at least US$ 500 million in real cost reductions
• Launch 6 new BSPs/CASSs
• Launch 4 new products/services to simplify business and reduce costs

Operations

• Secure US$ 700 million of industry fuel savings through operational improvements, new routes and route/airport enhancements

Regulatory

• Maintain the IATA scheduling systems and avoid imposition of slot confiscation or slot auctions
• Avoid imposition of 'API - 60' rule for advance passenger information
