Professional Experience:

Military Field:

• 1968-1995 Joined the Egyptian Air Force as a Squadron Engineer and was promoted to different positions till Chief of Aviation Engineers Department in 1995 for four years.
• 1996-2000 Elected as member of the Board of Directors of Arab Organization for Industrialization (AOI) for four years.
• Nov. 1999 Seconded from Egyptian Air Force to Arab Organization for Industrialization (AOI) as Chairman consultant.
• Jan. 1st 2000 Retired from Egyptian Air Force (Served as General for seven years).

Civilian Field:

• Feb. 2000 Appointed as Chairman of Aircraft factory (AOI).
• May 2002 Seconded to the Ministry of Civil Aviation as Vice-President of Technical Department of EgyptAir.
• July 1st 2002  Appointed as Chairman of EgyptAir Maintenance and Technical Affairs Company.
• Feb.16th 2003 Appointed as Chairman of EgyptAir Holding Company.
