	Kunio Mikuriya - Secretary General, World Customs Organization Secretary General since 2009, Mr. Mikuriya also served as the WCO's Deputy Secretary General for seven years, leading efforts to co-ordinate its work with other international organizations, such as the WTO, the World Bank, the IMF and with the private sector. 	Ronald K. Noble - Secretary General, INTERPOL In 2000, Ron Noble became the youngest ever Secretary General of INTERPOL. Re-elected to a serve a third five-year term in 2010, he has overseen a significant expansion of the organization’s reach and services. Full biography
