Panel: CNG2020 and the Aviation Emissions Puzzle

 ACSA

With the ICAO Assembly in September, 2013 may turn out to be a pivotal year for our industry’s efforts to address its carbon emissions growth through its four-pillar strategy.

The panelists reviewed how governments (individually and through ICAO), airlines and the industry can work together to maximize the effectiveness and minimize the costs of implementing the CNG2020 target. They also identified what their respective sectors or organizations will be able to contribute to this common, global effort and how the burden can be shared.
