John Thomas, Vice President, L.E.K. Consulting

John Thomas has over twenty years experience in strategy consulting, including market entry and growth strategies, mergers and acquisitions, customer retention and growth initiatives, and organizational restructuring focused on clients in both North America and the Asia Pacific region.

He heads L.E.K.’s global Air Transportation Practice and is also active in our Building Materials & Construction, Private Equity, and Media & Entertainment Practices. Before joining L.E.K., John was a consultant with Booz, Allen & Hamilton.

He also had 7 years industry experience in accounting, marketing, and management roles prior to his consulting career. John received a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in accounting and financial management from the University of New South Wales. He was awarded an M.B.A. (on the Dean's list) from INSEAD.
