Paul leads the IATA Fast Travel programme, part of the Simplifying the Business (StB) initiative. Paul has been in the aviation industry for over 14 years and joined IATA in December 2004 from BAA at London Heathrow where he had several roles including Project Manager, T3 CUSS Trial, IT Project Manager for the BAA CUSS programme, Supply Chain Manager for BAA's 100% Hold Baggage Screening and IT Procurement Manager.
