The 9th World Cargo Symposium will take place on  10 - 12 March 2015 in Shanghai, People's Republic of China and will be hosted by China Eastern.

Highlights from the 8th World Cargo Symposium

The eighth edition of the World Cargo Symposium (WCS) was hosted by American Airlines, over 1000 air cargo decision-makers and experts across the entire air cargo supply chain were present in the opnenig plenary of this prestigious event.

Under the theme of “Transformation through Innovation”, the program is addressing industry challenges, such as:

  • Predictability, the ability to embrace innovation and future investment to ensure sustainable growth
  • Liberalization and trade facilitation to increase the competitiveness of air cargo
  • Efficiency and quality to satisfy the end customer

    Program Highlights

    The World Cargo Symposium compromises a full day plenary  on 11 March, two-day tracks and a Closing Plenary on 13 March. The symposium is  hosting on 12 March the Cargo Executive Summit (CES) that unites leaders from across the Supply Chain Worldwide to discuss and stimulate intiatives that will drive significant industry benefits.
