Conference registration is now closed due to the great demand and registrations received.

To register and book your accommodation, please complete and email the registration form (pdf).  

In order to provide better service to conference delegates, the registration and hotel booking process have been centralized. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Registration Fees

The delegate registration fee includes:

• Conference access and delegate bag with conference material.
• Two conference lunches, welcome dinner on March 28th, awards ceremony on March 29th and city tours for companions on March 29th during the day.

Please note some activities have limited capacity. Register early to take advantage of all benefits:

• Priority to book at host hWOC_esp - Form vs 12MAR vs 2.pdfotel (Hotel Intercontinental Santiago)
• Guided tour of FIDAE Air Show
• Guided tour of Santiago Airport with company staff
• Golf tournament on Friday March 30th

Companion fee includes:

• Welcome dinner on March 28th, Awards Cocktail Ceremony on March 29th at night, and companion city tour on March 29th during the day.

Accommodation: Intercontinental Santiago

We are sorry to inform that there are no more rooms available at the 3 main hotels selected (Intercontinental, Holiday Inn and Radisson).

Please contact WOC-2012@abiaxair.com (+54 11) 4700 1308 to check for any possible cancellations that might open availability at any of the these three hotels only.

El registro a la conferencia esta cerrado debido a la gran demanda y las inscripciones recibidas.

Para brindar una mejor asistencia a los delegados, el proceso de registro y de asistencia para  alojamiento es centralizado. Por favor contáctenos en cualquier momento para asistirlo. Gracias.

Tarifas de Registro

El registro del delegado a la conferencia incluye:

• Asistencia a la Conferencia y un bolso con todo el material de la Conferencia 
• Almuerzos, recesos de café  y cenas durante los días de la Conferencia
  

El registro de acompañante incluye:

• Asistencia a cena de bienvenida (miércoles 28 de marzo), asistencia al coktail de premios G.A.L.A. (jueves 29 de marzo) y city tour especial para acompañantes  (Jueves 29 de marzo durante el día).

Debido a que algunas actividades tendrán cupos limitados, aquellos que se registren anticipadamente tendran estos beneficios:

• Posibilidad de realizar visita guiada a FIDAE
• Posibilidad de visita guiada con Staff del Aeropuerto de Santiago.
• Participación en Torneo de Golf, viernes 30 de marzo.
• Prioridad para reservar alojamiento en hotel principal.

Alojamiento: Intercontinental Santiago

Sentimos informar que no existe disponibilidad de habitaciones en los 3 Hoteles oficiales de la conferencia (Intercontinental, Holiday Inn and Radisson).
