Our People, Performance and Development department serves as an essential business partner to all functional areas of our organization and is implementing a dynamic strategy for people management in alignment to our mission and vision.

We give our employees opportunities for growth and development. The Intercultural Leadership Engagement and Development (I-LEAD) program is a cultural learning initiative to develop the next generation of IATA global leaders. 

We also lead the development of human capital for tomorrow's air transport industry through the IATA Training and Development Institute (ITDI).
