Young Aviation Professionals Program

​​​IATA, the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and the Airports Council International (ACI) have joined forces to support the development of tomorrow's leaders of the air transport industry through the Young Aviation Professionals Program.  ​​

Taking your career to a new level

Through this collaborative program led by ICAO, three Young Aviation Professionals are offered exciting career development opportunities at ICAO Montreal.​​

The selected candidates contribute to ICAO’s programs related to safety, air navigation or to air transport economics and aero-political issues, focusing on relationships between ICAO regulatory activities and those in the airline and airport industries in IATA and ACI. Each Young Aviation Professional is mentored by an ICAO subject-matter expert.
