Changes at IATA
Departures: 28 September 2007 marked the end of an era as after seven years of loyal service, Benjamin Forte said his goodbyes to ICCS. Throughout his time as Operations Manager, Benjamin worked tirelessly to ensure that the interests of our members were met. His expertise, work ethic and professionalism will be sorely missed, and we wish him all the best in his future endeavours.
New faces: Mr. Arnaud Francq has joined Industry Financial Services as Director, Industry Payment Services (IPS). In this position Arnaud will be responsible for
- ATC and Airport E&F Services
- Industry Cash Management Services (ICCS and Currency Co-ordination)
- Travel Agent Service Fee services (TASF)
- driving new initiatives and growth in these areas together with the IPS team
With over fifteen years’ experience in banking and cash management, Arnaud worked as product manager and sales manager at HSBC in London before joining IATA. His most recent achievement at HSBC was to lead the SEPA initiative.
Previously Arnaud worked with Citibank, first in London and then in West Africa. Arnaud has also held posts at ICAO and the French Space Agency. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and an engineering degree from ENAC in Toulouse.
