As an IATA/IATAN ID Cardholder, how do I get access to AgentExperience?

As an IATA/IATAN ID Card holder, all you have to do is register online. Discover thousands deals!

Can I change my account information on AgentExperience?

YES.
You can change your email and password. Simply log into AgentExperience and click on the "Account Tab". At the bottom of the page, click ''Edit Account''.

I have lost my password for AgentExperience. Can I obtain a new one?

YES
All you have to do is go to the AgentExperience login page and click on the link ''Forgot your Password?''.
In the ''Identity Box", enter 1 of the following 3:

Your AgentExperience user name
The 10 digit VER# from the face of your IATA/IATAN ID Card
The email address associated with your AgentExperience account

Your new password will then be sent to the email address on file.

My password is being sent to an email address I no longer have access to. What can I do?

In this case, an AgentExperience administrator will have to change your email information manually before you can obtain your new password. Use the Contact Us Form to request this change on your profile.
