Summary of changes

Summary of changes made on January 15, 2009 to the iiNet Terms of Use

Note: The iiNet Terms of Use have been changed to align them with the BSPLink Terms of Use, which have been in effect for several years now.

  • The section numbering errors were corrected.
  • The Terms of Use refer specifically to the iiNet Services and Website.
  • Sections 1 and 2: The word registration was replaced by the word subscription. We used the same language as the BSPLink Terms of Use.
  • Section 4 now refers to material more directly related to the iiNet services. We used the same language as the BSPLink Terms of Use.
  • Section 5 now provides examples of what IATA does and can continue to do with the data, along with other minor adjustments. We used the same language as the BSPLink Terms of Use.
  • Section 12 : Jurisdiction of the courts is specified. We used the same language as the BSPLink Terms of Use.
