Canadian Travel Agencies may choose to register on their own. Please follow the instructions below.
Section A
For Canadian Travel Agents who have an IATA Accredited, TIDS or ERSP number, follow the steps below. If you do not have a number, proceed to Section B.

Upon receipt, a temporary password will be sent to your email address. Please change your password and keep the new password in a safe location.
Section B
For Canadian Travel Agents who do not have an IATA Accredited, TIDS or ERSP number, please select your class of Travel Agency below and proceed with your application:
- Travel Industry Designator Service (TIDS)
Non-IATA travel agencies (excl. US) assigned IATA numeric codes for identification in industry reservation systems when selling industry products and services.
- IATA Accredited Passenger Agents
Travel Agencies (excl. US) appointed to sell and issue Standard Traffic Documents on behalf of IATA Member Airlines.
- Electronic Reservations Service Providers (ERSP) Worldwide, US Excl.
Travel Service Providers, registered with IATA, which are established only on the Internet or other on-line services, promoting reservation information in the same format as provided by an IATA Member Airline's system or CRS.
The 'ERSP' provides the user with instructions, screen formats, real-time display, booking capability and other information in respect to a travel supplier's inventory.
The 'ERSP' provides its user with a reservation facilitation service, and the referral of the user's ticketing requirements to the IATA Member Airlines or its Agents.
