Ideation - Important Information
Below is a summary of the intellectual property issues and the Ideation Legal Terms and Conditions involved in submitting your idea to Ideation @ IATA. Once you have filled in the submission form, you will need to confirm that you agree with these conditions before you can submit your idea.
IATA's Innovation Committee looks at every idea
- There is no bad idea. Every idea can lead to great innovation, and our Innovation Committee is eager to receive any suggestions that you think can benefit the air transport industry.
Giving flight to your ideas
- IATA takes on all responsibilities involved in developing the ideas you submit, including costs incurred. In return, you have the satisfaction of seeing your idea take flight, and perhaps of finding your problem solved. However, due to the intricacies of intellectual property law, IATA cannot credit you for the idea
Getting back to you
- In the submission form, we ask for your contact details so that we can inform you of the follow-up given to your idea or request further details.
Your personal details are only used for Ideation purposes
- Your contact details will not be used for any other purpose than stated above, nor will they be transmitted to a third party.
