Order forms

To order CargoIS Standard Reports, please download and complete the appropriate Order Form and return it to CargoIS Customer Care. Please don’t hesitate to contact us should you have any questions.

Data availability

CargoIS is delivered on three dates per month, per the following schedule:

Examples: On June 20th, the Germany data for May and prior months is available. On June 26th, the Korea data for May and prior months is available. On July 5th, the Great Britain data for May and prior months is available.

Delivery will be on the next business day following the weekend or holiday.

Submission deadlines

To deliver a report to you on the 20th of the month, we must receive your order by the 13th of the month.

To deliver a report to you on the 26th of the month, we must receive your order by the 17th of the month.

To deliver a report to you on the 5th of the month, we must receive your order by the 29th of the previous month.

All late orders will be processed and delivered for the next scheduled delivery date. If any delivery date falls on a weekend or IATA holiday, the submission deadline will be moved to the previous business day. If any delivery date falls on a weekend of IATA holiday, the delivery date will be moved to the following business day.

Express option

For express deliveries outside of the standard delivery dates, a surcharge of USD 250 will be applied. There is a maximum of 6 reports per customer’s express order, and 2 full business days are required to process express orders.

CargoIS e-mails express reports directly to customers on the specified delivery dates.
