Subscriptions

What is a subscription?

A Subscription is an order that the customer receives year after year and is applicable to most of IATA's publications (Book, CD-Rom, Web download, PDF).
 
There are two types of subscriptions:

• Standing Orders
• Renewal Notices

What is a Standing order?

Standing Orders are for customers who do not have to prepay before receiving the goods. Standing Orders are released when the inventory for the new edition of a product becomes available for distribution.
 
The goods will be shipped to the customer and charge to their account. 

What is a Renewal Notice?

Renewal Notices are for customer that must prepay* before receiving the goods. Few months prior to the new edition, a renewal will be sent to the customer asking them to fill in the renewal order and send their payment.  

Finally, an invoice will be sent after the payment has been received.

* MITA members and Strategic Partners are not required to prepay for any publication but they can pay via the IATA Clearing house, credit card, cheque or bank transfer.
