The European Air Cargo Programme Handbook (EACP) contains the Cargo Agent's Handbook as jointly defined by IATA and FIATA as part of the European Air Cargo Programme.
This handbook available from the CD ROM in three languages (English, French and Spanish) includes the texts of the basic rules and regulations governing the trading relationship between IATA Cargo Agents and Appointing Member Airlines in Europe.
