This Model General Terms and Conditions for Aviation Fuel Supply provides the general framework governing all aspects of jet fuel purchasing and selling. This document provides guidelines to various operational and legal issues that both the buyer and seller find it necessary to address. Each individual company is free to make its own decision whether to use the Model Contract or any portion or portions thereof.
