Do I have to attach a payment when I send in an order form ?
- If you do not opt for payment by credit card, you will receive an invoice before the subscription effectuates.
Can TIM be consulted for all travelers?
- In general TIM should be consulted for airline passengers travelling for tourist or business purposes. TIM cannot be consulted for immigrants, persons wishing to adopt children, to study or take up paid employment abroad or individuals crossing borders overland. Those passengers should be referred to the consulate of the country concerned.
Which credit cards are accepted?
- We accept: - American Express - Visa - Euro-/ Master Card
I want to terminate my subscription during the subscription period.Can I get refund for the remaining period?
- The subscription period is from January until and including December. After paying your invoice it is not possible to get your money back.
Can I increase or reduce my subscription during the subscribtion period?
- You can always increase your subscription, but never reduce the subscription during the season.
After receiving a reminder, what are the solutions to solve the problem?
- In case you paid by bank we need a copy of your bank-statement. In case you paid by credit card we need a copy of your credit card specification. In case you paid by cheque we need a copy of this cheque. After receiving a prove of payment we can update our administration and resume deliveries.
When I transfer the amount of money, what do I have to mention?

Can TIM be held responsible for eventual discrepancies in the information published?
- Although every possible effort is made to maintain the information published as accurately as possible, Tim content remains a subject to change and no responsibility or liability is accepted for inaccuracies or incomplete information.
I have already paid my bill and I received a reminder. How is that possible ?
- If you didn' t mention both the invoice number and relation number with your payment, it is sometimes impossible to trace the name of the account. Consequently, the invoice will be marked unpaid and deliveries suspended.
Where does the information come from and how reliable is it?
- Requests, suggestions and remarks on its content are carefully verified with our worldwide network of sources (mainly IATA Facilitation Representatives in the countries of concern, local station managers of the major IATA airlines on the spot and Airport Border Police or Immigration Authorities). TIM Editing department has 171 sources covering 217 countries. Information published in TIM is based on the "actual practice" in the airport of arrival, which (in certain countries)may differ from the information given by the embassies and consulates. Health issues are being published and updated in close cooperation with the WHO (World Health Organization)in Geneva.
