The Regional Cargo Agent's Handbook (CAH) is offered in several different languages for different regions including English, French and Spanish. The CAH includes the resolutions regarding the basic rules and regulations governing the trading relationship between IATA Cargo Agents and appointing member airlines in the region of interest.
