The first e-services Strategy Paper has now been released by IATA. It is meant to serve as a reference with regards to industry roles and responsibilities. The document sets the IATA strategy for e-services project delivery as well as the direction to reach 100% EMD in IATA BSPs by the end of 2013.
The e-services team held the fourth, and last, e-services workshop in Beijing in July which continued on the success of the workshops held in Madrid, Miami and Singapore. Over 80 delegates participated in Beijing, which focused on the Chinese airlines. Special thanks go to Travelsky and participants for making the workshop such a great success!
Congratulations go to British Airways for becoming EMD capable on 28 June. There are now 19 EMD capable airlines.
