The IATA e-services team is running four free workshops in different locations to help the industry meet the 2012 and 2013 Board deadlines for implementing the IATA electronic miscellaneous document (EMD) standard.

- Become acquainted with IATA e-services, the latest EMD standard, interlining and understand requirements for deployment with GDSs and IATA BSPs

IATA e-services at the upcoming Innovation in Airline Distribution conference
Airlines are ahead of many other industries when it comes to innovative solutions for increasing revenue. However, implementing the technology, software, standards and infrastructure that would enable the industry to experience the benefits is not a simple undertaking.
