For the first time ever, IATA is holding the World Passenger Symposium (WPS). The event will take place from 10 – 14 October 2011 in Singapore and is all about how the industry can prepare for tomorrow’s passenger. The goal: Achieve sustainable profitability and simplify the customer experience.

The WPS will provide attendees with a unique opportunity to set the passenger agenda for the future and contribute to the industry direction. Attendees will have access to new technologies and processes, the opportunity to participate in high impact CEO plenary sessions, panels by subject matter experts, and ask questions one-on-one at the IATA expert corner. This new event will also serve as a one-stop shop of all IATA passenger products and revenue management solutions.

The WPS aims to gather top executives and key decision makers from airlines, airports, governments, travel agencies, ground handlers and suppliers.
