Any idea to revolutionize air cargo?

IATA launches the Air Cargo Innovation Awards

As technologies and business models evolve, encouraging innovative ideas is critical for the air cargo industry. This is vital not only to secure and grow the air cargo pie, but also to attract talented people to embrace logistics careers. To encourage a greater level of innovation within the supply chain, IATA launched the Air Cargo Innovation Awards.

Innovation as a driver of change

Participating in the Air Cargo Innovation Awards is an opportunity for entrepreneurs, companies and innovators to showcase fresh solutions for the industry. These innovative ideas shall help transforming the supply chain by increasing competitiveness, improving efficiency, reducing costs and/or optimizing revenues. The initiative is in line with the IATA objective of being a force for value creation and innovation, driving a safe, secure and profitable air transport industry to connect and enrich the world.

In order to be a significant force for innovation, the first edition of the Awards is open globally, allowing any individual, team or enterprise to take part and submit their ideas.
