IATA conducted a comprehensive assessment on behalf of Narita International Airport Corporation into the current Fast Travel implementation status to all terminals at the Narita Airport. Detailed activities included site visits, operations observation/survey and airline interviews by IATA’s Fast Travel program experts. After identifying the issues, problems and gaps, IATA Consulting then recommended a number of solutions with a detailed action plan. The result of the study was well received by NAA.
