PDF for Form C
ISPG 3.2 reads that the billed entity receives the following documents in the offline archive:
3. One Offline Archive zip file for Payable Invoices containing:
- PDF copy of the billing invoices^
- Detailed Listings^
- Digital Signature and Verification log files^
- Memo copies^
- Supporting Documents^
^ depending on the Member Profile setup
There is no PDF copy for a Form C? Typically, the ISPG lists "invoices" together with "Form C" because the latter is not a real invoice, in this case the Form C is not mentioned. In pilot test we did not receive a PDF copy for a Form C and we are wondering now if this was left out intentially. Please advise.

Hi Claudia, We have a Listing for Form C in CSV format. As of now there is no PDF Form C. Listing in PDF format is generated only for the following: Non Sample Prime Coupons
Non Sample Prime FIMs
Non Sample RMs
Non Sample BMs
Non Sample CMs
Sampling Form A/B
Sampling Form D
Sampling Form F
