Difference between area location id and area location name?

Hi
For Misc invoicing, under Charge category Property and Charge code Rent.
What is the difference between area location id and area location name? Please give some examples.

Dear Sahil, these fields would be further description of the property or lease agreements. For illustration please see the example below:

 

Location- TUL

Area ID: TUL7000

Area Name: Lease Agreement TUL

Area Location ID: TUL3132

Area Location Name: Terminal B Sublease

Address:

City Name: Tulsa

Subdivision Code: OK

Subdivision Name: Oklahoma

Country Code: US

Country Name: United States

Postal Code: 74133

Area Size: 50X50

Area Type: Storage
