Is-Idec cargo

Please I need to clarify a doubt on the CARGO IS-IDEC.In all the sign fields, the validation is like this:
“1. Should be populated if …..(element 20) has a non zero value.
    2. Should be either “P” for plus or “M” for Minus”.
The doubt is, if it only allows the values P or M, if the value of the numeric field is zero, what should I have to put in the sign field? A white space?

Hi.

Thanks for the question.

The "MOC" column (which means Mandatory / Optional / Conditional) is, for most sign fields, C, which means that it can also be blank. So, if the associate value is 0, then you should put blank (ie, " ").

Please note, though, that some of the sign fields are listed as M. I only just realized this when researching your question, and this should be fixed soon -- all sign fields associated to elements that could be 0 should be conditional.
