SC for RM reason code 4A, 4B
Reason codes 4A (incorrect SA constant) and 4B (incorrect SA size) are mentioned to be available for rejection memos and do not require coupon breakdowns.
What would be the correct source code to use with these reason codes? 54,55,56 or the regular 4,5,6?

We think these codes should rather be associated with Billing memos than with Rejection Memos.

Regarding this item, it has been agreed during the Sampling SC review in December 2010 that the Sampling community will use Billing Memo as suggested. This will be clearly described in the next release of the ISPG.
