Sandbox output files
In the Sign Up and Certification Guide, section 5.3.4 Output Files, it states the 3 reports which will be available. What about obtaining billing output files: Invoice pdf, Details Listings... It is possible to specify in the Member Profile to receiver "Other Outputs as a Billing Carrier". Will the other files be available during testing?

Hi Lee, The Invoice PDF and PDF listings are included in the Offline Archive Files (OAR). The OAR zip files are one of the output files that will get sent to the member in the SIS live environment. Kind regards, Ashley From: SEIPP Lee

It is necessary to design, create and test the mechanism to access the OAR and pull whatever files or all of the files. You are saying that non of the environment is available in a test mode, it is necessary to wait until we go live to implement and test the accessing of the OAR and pulling of files?

Hi Lee, We have provided in the ISPG the specs and structure for the OAR zip files (please see ISPG v3.2, Section 12.19/Offline Archive File – Layout and Index File Specifications), so you can design your system to access and view the OAR contents based on the structure we have provided. I understand that we can design to access the OAR zip files based upon the section you gave in your reply. I want to confirm that you are saying that it is not possible to actually test the setup until we field the the application, in production?
