Sandbox not working

Dear all,
 
the sandbox does not provide validation reports within acceptable time. We sent files 24 hours ago but still do not have the reports.
We have faced this issue several times already: would it be possible to have a stable fix?

Dear Elias,

 

SIS Operations is currently looking into this issue for you and will be corresponding with you by email. For future reference, please direct any technical issues with the Sandbox to the SIS Ops mailbox as these are addressed on a by-case basis.

Dear Elias,
 
Both your files had a time stamp in the invoice date field which caused the files to get stuck. Please correct them and rerun your files.
