Validation on Correspondence To Non-3rd-Rejections
Is it possible to initiate Correspondence to a business case with a Source Code other than any 3rd rejection SC, e.g. to an SC 04 BC?
Or will the SIS validation refuse to accept such? |

Hi.
You will only be able to initiate correspondence off of the last rejection (3 for Pax, but 2 for Misc). So, in your case, no, you will not be able to do this. |

Hi Shannon,
Would there be another SIS user guide provided pls? The current one is more for the Pax Module I believe.
Also, may I pls confirm that the Invoice Number being input when initiating a correspondence is referring to the Rejection Invoice Number?
