Validation on Correspondence To Non-3rd-Rejections

Is it possible to initiate Correspondence to a business case with a Source Code other than any 3rd rejection SC, e.g. to an SC 04 BC?
Or will the SIS validation refuse to accept such?

Hi.

You will only be able to initiate correspondence off of the last rejection (3 for Pax, but 2 for Misc). So, in your case, no, you will not be able to do this.

Hi Shannon,

Would there be another SIS user guide provided pls? The current one is more for the Pax Module I believe.

Also, may I pls confirm that the Invoice Number being input when initiating a correspondence is referring to the Rejection Invoice Number?

Thanks!

Rgds,
Charissa
