Coupon Breakdown (Urgent)
As per Sign Up and Certification Guide minimum test requirements 4 and 5 attached below –Billing and Credit Memo samples are needed with coupon breakdowns (at least 2 for Billing memo and at least 1 for credit memo) As we are on system testing we saw that we do not make billing/credit memos with coupon breakdowns.Is it possible to send the sample file without coupon breakdown ?

Dear Onur, Yes – it is possible to send test files of BM/CM without coupon breakdowns. However, for exceptions on the Test Data Requirements as laid out in the Sign-Up and Certification Guide, please email SIS Operations (sisoperations@iata.org) directly so that they can assist you with passing your certification process.
