2nd and 3rd Rejection

Is there a need for airline writing 2nd or 3rd Rejection to
  1. Attach any incoming supporting documents from previous Rejections
  2. Attach the Previous Rejection Memo

In case not, will SIS automatically forward this as attachment to the 2nd or 3rd Rejection?  Or is it expected that the airline keep track of it themself?

Best regards

Hi Karin,

This depends.

a)    If the airline is bringing the 2nd/3rd rejection of a non-migrated transaction into SIS, then the airline is required, as per RAM rules (ref. RAM A10, 4.3.2), to bring all the prior supporting documents into SIS as well.

b)    If this is a rejection to a transaction already in SIS, the all prior supporting documents and previous RM(s) will be linked to the rejections and will also be displayed in the Audit Trail (billing history) of the transaction.

Hope this is clear.

Best,

Ashley

Hi Ashley
Just to be sure will all prior supporting documents and previous RM(s) be supported to the airline in the OAR-PAX-P file?

Hi Karin,

Yes – in the Offline Archive File, the billed entity will receive all the supporting documents that are linked to the transactions in that period.

Regards,

Ashley
