April 2013 Mandate
Could you please clarify the April 2013 mandate to move all billing to SIS? Does that begin with April Clearance p 1 or start after April Clearance p 4? Would the last non-SIS billing be in March or April? As a miscellaneous biller we are gradually migrating our billing partners to SIS.
