Updating IDEC by IS-WEB
Hi,
I have two related questions:
1. Is it possible to receive a report from SIS, for changes done manually in IS-WEB?
2. If we send an IDEC to SIS, 90% of which validates OK, 10% fails validation and then corrected manually by IS-WEB. Will the whole 100% be processed by SIS at the same period?
Thank you,

Hi Michael, 1. In order to answer this question, please can you clarify if by changes, are you referring to Member Profile changes or correctible changes done to the invoices in SIS? 2. A file will not be sent until it has passed validation 100%. So yes, once the errors are corrected, only then will the file be sent for settlement. Hope this clarifies. Ashley,
I've rephrased the question:
Is it possible to receive a report from SIS, for correctible changes done to the invoices in SIS?
The second question is understood.
Thank you,
Michael

Hi Michael, There will be no report available for the correctible changes done in SIS.
