Mandate Date
April 2013 Mandate
Could you please clarify the April 2013 mandate to move all billing to SIS? Does that begin with April Clearance p 1 or start after April Clearance p 4? Would the last non-SIS billing be in March p 4 or April p 4? As a miscellaneous biller we are gradually migrating our billing partners to SIS.

Dear Cynthia, The ICH Web service will shut down at the end of P4-April-2013. This means all ICH members are required to complete their migration by this date. Effective P1-May-2013, access to the ICH will be through SIS only. The ICH has issued a circular regarding this topic.
