Supporting documents
1) If SQ uploads a zip file containing supporting documents to SIS via Secure FTP and we found out subsequently that we uploaded the wrong file, what can we do?
Can we ask SIS operations to delete that file and we resubmit a new file?
2) If SQ upload a zip file containing supporting documents to SIS via Secure FTP and we found out subsequently that one of the supporting documents are incorrect, what can we do?
Can we go to IS-Web to manually delete that particular supporting documents and reupload the correct supporting document via IS-WEB?

Hi Esther, 1. If a wrong supporting file is uploaded, AND a. The supporting documents within the file are not linked to the invoice(s) – then you need not do not anything, simply upload the new (correct) file. b. Some or all of the supporting documents within the file are linked – then you need to manually delete these individually on IS-Web (Passenger/Miscellaneous à Receivables à Manage Supporting Documents). 2. If the wrong supporting documents within a file are uploaded and linked, again, as per 1(b), you can delete these manually. Please note that when uploading the new supporting documents, you will need to properly link these to the invoice(s) again. Hope this helps.
