IS web Excel
I would like to know if the templates of the Web Excel (Miscellaneous billing) are available somewhere and for what charge categories.
I also noticed that the invoices received through our iiNET account are downloaded in different formats (i.e.: pdf, IS-XML, IS-IDEC). In order to process them into our RA for miscellaneous billing, they need to be IS-XML only. |

Hi Hicham, We are planning to release an Excel upload facility for certain Charge Categories/Code – please refer to the IS-Web Excel Upload and SIS Outputs presentation (from the 2011 ICH User Group) for more detailed information on this feature. We will be providing the details on the release in the next ISPG version (planned to be available in February). As for the files you received via iiNET, you should only receive IS-XML for Miscellaneous billings. If this is not the case, please create a SIS Help Desk case and attach the file in question and this will come to the immediate attention of SIS Operations. Hope this clarifies.
