rejection via IS-Web
dear colleagues
maybe this question has been asked already, but if we reject an invoice from carrier XX, will all the correspondance that goes with the rejection via IS-Web be available at a later stage, i.e. when downloading the files after end of reporting period?

Dear Christian, That’s correct. For every transaction in SIS, there is a Billing History/Audit Trail which will show all stages of the transaction (including correspondence) made in SIS. Regards, Ashley From: KOENIG Christian
