Rejection of 3rd Rejection outside time limit
CHAPTER A10 - Part 2, 5.2.1.4 includes an exception for for rejection of Third rejections where the Third rejection is made outside time limit.
How will IS hande this? Questions:
a) will Third rejections outside time limit be accepted by IS?
b) can the Third rejection outside time limit be rejected from IS-Web? if yes, is this restricted to only this scenario (Third rejection outside time limit) |

a) Rejections outside time limits will be accepted by SIS during the Migration period. Post Mandate, Outside timelimit rejections will be accepted only if the billing audit trail exist in the system (SIS will store the billing records for an additional two months after expiry)
b) 4th Rejection is not allowed either through IS-IDEC/IS-XML or IS-WEB. Such exceptional billings will have to be done as a Billing Memo.
