SIS Sandbox Terms of Use

1.       What is the ‘Effective Date’ for this agreement?

2.       Does a participant have to sign up to multiple versions of these terms, i.e., per user, each time that user logs on to use the Sandbox?

3.       Should clauses 4.2 and 5.1 refer to ‘Participant’ instead of ‘Airline’?

 Many Thanks

Dear Hayley,

Please find my answers to your questions as follows:

1. Effective Date is the date on which the agreement was accepted.

2. No - only the Super User may accept this agreement and this should only be done once.

3. A non-airline terms-of-use for the Sandbox will be released shortly, which should answer this part of your question.

Best regards
