Transaction fee for UATP

As per 6.2.1.2, When UATP-ATCAN raises this invoice, it will raise one invoice per Billing Entity/Billed Entity pair and per Billing Period as against one per day being done today. There will be a master invoice number generated for this invoice and the line item details will contain all the details of the original invoice.
If a carrier has opted in for UATP service where UATP raises invoice on behalf of Merchant carrier, how IATA will calculate the transaction fee. Will IATA treat master invoice as one invoice and charge for that particular invoice only. Will IATA also charge for details of original invoice listed as line item detail. Please clarify.
