Commencement of Audit Trail
With reference to RA 44 agenda item on Ch A10 part 2
"Any airline party to the billing can bring a transaction previously billed/rejected/correspondenced about into SIS at any stage of the rejection/correspondence process."
If a member brings in the 2nd rejection, how would IS perform validation defined in accordance with PAX IS-IDEC Record Structure 1.4.13. PAX- Rejection Memo Record Element 11? |

Hi.
The chapter in the RAM will only apply during migration period, where some carriers have not migrated. During that time, SIS will be smart enough to allow a rejection which would otherwise break the audit trail where the OA is not yet migrated.
